Out the Blocks for 2017
Hello Fam
I hope everyone is out the blocks great in this year of our Lord 2017.
I just wanted to check in and thank you for your support in prayer,encouragement and finances (helping us to travel and keep beans and meat on the table).
In 2016 we Trained - 3477 Trainees in the Biblical Mandate of Disciple- making - that was modeled by our Lord Jesus Christ in the building of the 12.
We traveled to 10 countries. We personally presented the Gospel to over 2310. We saw 45 people we know of make an acknowledgement of a profession of faith.. We had 52 trainers come along side us and assist us in the training.
Linda and I came out of the blocks for the New Year - January 1-9 to India (Bangladore and Chennai)
• We assisted Dr. Michael Farmer,
David Vanhorn and Ezekiel Yang in these training venues.
India has such a diverse culture and the believers face difficult times and persecution. The Hindu and Muslim population can be very aggressive toward the believers.
We trained 840 leaders in different capacities that represent 1000s of churches through the country.
The Father illuminated many of the trainees to see the world from HIS perspective (Vision)
The Word of God let's us know that wherever there is no vision "people perish".
The perishing of humanity is directly related to the vision of believers - the believer seeing things from God's point of view.
The India believers want to reach the world with the good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and want to be trained in strategy, how to grow, make disciple and have a productive life in Christ.
We are now in the Philippines. I have a team of 20. This team represents 8 churches, 3 states, 3 countries and 3 ethnic groups - that have come together to train in the Philippines. This team is made up of people that Linda and I have discipled or have been discipled by someone that Linda and I discipled. Amazing - the Leaders here in the Philippines saw the 2 Timothy 2:2 right before their eyes. It all rolls back to Bro Herb Hodges - the one who discipled me.
If you wanted the ripples from a pond to reach all the shore lines (banks) - you would throw the rock in the middle.
This (Philippines) is a middle of the pond place - you would be hard pressed to find a place on the globe where there is not a Philippine person there. The ministry we work with JYF (Jesus Young Followers) is strategizing to get disciple makers around the world.- until there is no place left where the Lord Jesus Christ name is not hear and people have a opportunity to respond for salvation. Malachi 1:11
We were in the service with a team being sent to Cambodia (from JYF). They equip young professionals and then send them out - these families can earn an income and plant house churches.The disciples are planting churches. If we build disciple - The Lord will take the disciples and plant HIS church. They have 17 outpost ministries (house churches) throughout the Philippine islands that follow the 2 Timothy 2:2 strategy. Some of these leaders travel by boat (15 hours) in choppy, big wave water to come to the training.
We are getting request from many places for couples to be trained. Men - how to love their wives and show and express affection seem to be the number 1 request.
I am right at home in that lane.
The more we can train the more places we can multiply the Good News locally ,regionally,nationally and globally.

While in Far East Asia make a jump to Sri Lanka and back March 26 - April 3

KAA Parents Retreat - August 24-27
